Aviators Payment Schedule 2017-2018

May 1 - $400 commitment fee for 2017-18 PAHL season (set aside for final months)

June 1 - $170 Uniform costs (2 Game Jerseys, Home/Away, 2 Game socks, Home/Away)
TBD - Warm-ups, hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts (optional)
TBD - Camps, Power Skating (optional)

July 1 - $100 10 hours of team practice, pre-season for placement games (mandatory)

August 1 - $100 Pre-season tournament / 1 hour practice (optional)

September 1 - $400 payment #2 for 2017-18 PAHL season

October 1 - $200 payment #3 for 2017-18 PAHL season

November 1 - $200 payment #4 for 2017-18 PAHL season

December 1 - Payment as necessary if we extend the amount of budgeted practice, or elect to
add “practice with the pro’s”, this will be extra.

This payment plan will cover our Aviators 2017-18 expenses for summer activities as well as the $1200 for the 20 game fall season and 40 practices. This budget is approximate, actual costs will be determined by the number of practices and players. All fall tournaments will be optional and extra.
